I have five years of experience in the risk management field and 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field where I worked in oil and gas services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical services and distribution industries as a Recruiter, Human Resources Coordinator, Regional Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager. In the course of those 25 years, I pursued and achieved my certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

I currently work as a Senior Human Resource Specialist for Insperity in Houston, Texas. In this position, I provide my small to mid-sized business clients with human resources services to help them improve employee productivity and reduce employer liabilities.

When I have some free time, I enjoy doing volunteer work for my church, gardening, remodeling the house and reading.
