I have my Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Master of Business Administration in Business from Indiana State University. I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the Northwest Human Resource Council (NHRC). My background includes 16 years of executive assistance experience before I got my degrees and went into the Human Resources field. I now have 21 years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting for a recruiting firm, a Chicago PEO, and Insperity, before moving into employee relations at Insperity.

I currently work as a Senior Human Resources Specialist for Insperity in Chicago, Illinois where I provide my small to mid-sized business clients with Human Resources services to help them increase employee productivity and decrease employer liabilities.

When I have a free moment, I enjoy spending time with my family and volunteering at my church. I also like to knit, shop, go to the movies and travel.
