I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University.  I began my career in the retail banking business. Later, I provided training and product


David works as a Performance Specialist with Insperity, the nation's leading professional employer organization (PEO). In this capacity he provides best practice people and organizational development strategies and consultation to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States. He also supports clients through coaching, training, facilitation, and job design. David specializes in helping business owners and leaders examine their companies to identify and enhance people and cultural factors that drive desired business results.

David began his career in the retail banking business. Later, he provided training and product support for a treasury management software company. He worked in a number of consulting, training and organization development roles with Fortune 100 companies where he was instrumental in launching, managing, and facilitating an emerging leaders program in the media and entertainment industry. David has over 15 years experience in supporting clients who know that business results are best achieved through people.

David has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University. He is originally from New York and now lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife and two children.
