My background includes over 16 years of experience as an organization development professional with extensive work in operational planning, change implementation, corporate education and leadership coaching, where I have focused on the development and retention of future leaders.

I have worked in both Europe and the United States, and I have a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Stirling in Scotland, a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of Pepperdine in California, as well as an Executive Coaching Certificate from the Fielding Institute in California and a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). My professional memberships include: the Organization Development Network (National Member); the International Association of Facilitators; the American Society of Training and Development and the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association.

I currently work for Insperity in San Antonio, Texas as a MidMarket Account Executive where I support our national MidMarket clients by developing multiple C-level relationships in order to deliver customized solutions and ultimately ensure the satisfaction of these clients.

When I have a free moment, I love to spend time with my twin, 14-year-old boys. I also compete as an event horse rider in 3-day event activities. If I weren't working, I would teach kids to ride horses all day long. They are my life long obsession!
