I have over 13 years of multi-unit management experience and over 16 years of experience in business strategy creation and implementation, including: business consulting in Human Resource areas; fiscal budget development; profit and loss responsibility; business process reengineering; strategic planning; growth strategies and corporate sales and customer service training. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Economics from the University of Florida, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.

I use all of these experiences, as well as my formal business education, to effectively serve my clients as a MidMarket Strategy Consultant for Insperity based out of the corporate headquarters in Kingwood, TX.

When I have a free moment, I really enjoy reading, especially on topics that motivate and deal with the science of how we all think. One of my favorite books is Paradigms by Joel Barker. Even though I read it in 1993 it still has a profound impact on me and how I recognize the mental blocks to change in myself and others.

Also, I enjoy spending time with my kids (I have four) doing whatever it is they want to do (e.g. playing video games, board games, reading etc.). I also enjoy any athletic activity I can get (e.g. weight training, running etc.).
