I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University. My background includes 30 years of experience in the following positions: business owner; financial business manager; Human Resources Generalist and Manager for companies in various industries including manufacturing, non-profit and commercial. I also have experience as a keynote speaker on topics in my field of HR.

I currently work for Insperity in Diamond Bar, California, as a Senior Human Resource Specialist, where I provide human resource consulting services for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, legal, health care and real estate. In this position I support over 1,000 employees and I like to look for a strategic plan from an HR perspective to help my clients.

I hold a Lifetime Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as a Professional designation member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). I am also a member of the Board of Directors of my local district of PIHRA.

In my free time I enjoy music; attending live theater productions; traveling to new places, especially those with an historical significance; and getting to know people and what makes them who they are. My favorite people to hang out with are my family, especially my four children, a girl and two boys who are grown and living on their own, as well as my 17-year-old baby girl!
