I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from American University. I attended the Boys’ Latin School in Baltimore, Maryland. I have my certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the Chesapeake Human Resources Association. I have been an adjunct professor for Professional in Human Resources (PHR) training courses, on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Mentoring Partnership and a Baltimore County Volunteer Fire Fighter/St. Joseph Church Lector. I am also certified in: Meyers Briggs, PDI Profiler, 360 Executive Coach, Leading People, Leading Teams and Leadership I and II.

In my 22 years of experience in the Human Resources field, I have held the following positions: Director, Human Resources, Human Resources Representative I and II, Human Resources Manager, Organizational Development Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, External HR Consultant and entrepreneur/business owner. I currently work for Insperity in Baltimore, Maryland as a Performance Specialist where I provide my clients with an analysis of their business to discover training gaps, as well as the formulation and facilitation of trainings to fill those gaps.

In my free time I love to hang out with my 22-year-old daughter and my 18-year-old son. I enjoy spending time outdoors playing tennis or boating and I am a total sports hound, especially when it comes to watching the Ravens! I have a great group of friends I like to spend time with, as well as doing volunteer work for my church, especially in the soup kitchen.
