I am currently Managing Director of Insperity Retirement Services, a subsidiary of Insperity, which is a Kingwood, Texas Professional Employer Organization. 

I have 27 years of experience in retirement plans of all kinds, qualified and non-qualified, defined benefit and defined contribution.  I have also worked at small TPA companies and Fortune 500 companies, giving me broad perspective and experience in the marketing, operations, and compliance aspects of retirement plans.  I am a Fellow, Life Management Institute.  I am also a Certified Pension Consultant, and a member of ASPPA, where I have served three tours of duty on their Education and Examination Committee. 

I volunteer my services to Junior Achievement and to my church.  When I am not working or volunteering, I spend time with my 4 children and 1 grandchild or indulging my appetite for reading.  I am a cancer survivor.  I grew up in Indiana, where I went to Indiana State University and to Purdue University, where I majored in mathematics.  I moved to Texas in 1980, and currently live in the Houston area.
