I have 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Production Accounting and Leadership and almost 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field in the oil industry where I held the following positions: Training Coordinator/Consultant; Manager-Organizational Effectiveness; HR Manager-Projects and Manager, Organizational Development. I currently work for Insperity in Houston, TX as a Performance Specialist where I facilitate continuous improvement processes, build training strategies and design and facilitate training sessions for my small to mid-size business clients. I have won the monthly Insperity Customer Service Achievement Award for the work I do with my clients and am in the accelerated leadership development program the company offers. I also serve as an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix in Houston, TX where I facilitate courses in Change Management, Organizational Behavior and Sociology.

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling back to my home in Southwest Louisiana to care for my Mother and spend time with my family. We love to can fruits and vegetables and are very active in our church and community. I like to take my Mom to visit her friends and family around the state, as well as to historic places in our family’s past.
