My background includes over 30 years of broad and progressively responsible Business Management, Human Resources and Conflict Resolution experience, including proven skills in: Employee Relations, Conflict Management, EEO and Governmental Compliance, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development and Training, Compensation, Benefits and HR Information Systems and significant small business experience including two start-ups.  I currently work for Insperity in Dallas, Texas as a Senior Human Resource Specialist where I provide strategic HR consulting, training, facilitation and employee relations services for my small to mid-sized business clients to help them improve employee productivity and reduce employer liabilities.

When I have a free moment, I love spending time with my grandchildren. I am also an animal lover and I like to volunteer my time in the community to help my church, hospitals and those who need mediation services, and this year I joined Toastmasters!
