I am a team developer, leader and corporate trainer with 20 years of experience in management and the design and delivery of instructional programs focused on enhancing service delivery and personnel performance.  My background includes: Management and Leadership, Human Performance Improvement, Training Program Development and Facilitation, Teambuilding and Budget Management in the US Army, service, freight and leasing industries. I have also served on the Adjunct Faculty for the Westwood College of Technology.  I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Citadel and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. I have completed several training courses in my field, including the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) HPI Training Course; the Dale Carnegie Management Training Course; I am enrolled in the Insperity Accelerated Leadership Program and am a US Army Command and General Staff College graduate.

I currently work as a Performance Specialist for Insperity in Chicago, Illinois where I provide my small to mid-sized business clients with an analysis of their business and training gaps that need to be filled. I then design and facilitate trainings for my client companies’ employees and management to fill those gaps and increase productivity. When I am not working for Insperity, I am in the Army reserves supporting the European Command, mostly in London, England.

When I have a free moment, I love spending time with my wife and our poodle (Bogie). I also enjoy model railroading; fixing up the house; computer flight simulation and I am currently working on my glider certification.
