My background includes over 18 years of experience as a Human Resources professional with a strong working knowledge of various employment regulations and compliance requirements, a strong generalist background for several mid-sized companies and a thorough knowledge of fundamental HR practices. I have my certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a member of the Human Capital Institute (HCI). I am currently completing my Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

I now work as a Senior Human Resource Specialist for Insperity in Minneapolis, Minnesota where I provide a myriad of human resources services for my small to mid-sized business clients to help them increase employee productivity and decrease employer liability, including writing and managing employee handbooks, policies and job descriptions; resolving employee relations issues; conducting employee and management trainings and helping with various other employee issues as they arise.

When I have a free moment, I love to entertain and work on my new house. I also enjoy cooking, going on walks, hiking, cross-country skiing and, of course, spending time with my family, especially my three wonderful children.
