Michelle Mikesell, Director, MidMarket Sales Operations, leads the team that on-boards MidMarket clients to Insperity. Implementing a proprietary three-step HR Assessment process, Mikesell’s team develops customized service plans tied to each client’s specific business goals.

She has been with Insperity for five years, has a Master's Degree in Communications and over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and an ITCP trainer.

Mikesell’s passion for small business has led her to sit on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization championing the growth of this small business.
