Pattie Lyons, consultant for HR Remedy, is an accomplished consultant experienced in working across multiple industries with a focus on talent management strategies and systems. Her experience includes project management, strategy development, data analysis and research for projects ranging from talent acquisition to succession planning. 

Pattie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Sam Houston State University and over the years, has played an integral role helping many clients achieve greater business success through human capital management strategies. Her recent accomplishments include providing consistent and high quality engagements such as: corporate recruiting project management and strategy for a Fortune 200 client, assisting in a large-scale recruiting effort to staff approximately 100 full time employees for a global organization in the Oil and Gas industry, acting as an internal product specialist for an emerging talent management systems provider, as well as advising multiple clients on all aspects of Human Resources standards and compliance regulations.
