I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations. I am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In my 10 years of HR experience, I have worked as a Human Resources Coordinator in the retail industry, as well as a Senior Human Resource Generalist for a national Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

I currently work as a Senior Human Resource Specialist for Insperity in Phoenix, AZ where I customize HR programs to meet the needs of my 65 clients’ organizations, individual departments and combined 1,400 employees. I apply employment laws and best practices while balancing the needs of each business. My innovative and proactive approach has resulted in increased client and employee satisfaction and retention and has reduced employer liability.

My free time is spent with my husband of eight years and our 4-year-old daughter. We love to hang out in the pool since we live in Arizona! I also enjoy reading, when I get the chance.
