I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Relations and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Toledo. I have my certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and am a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). I have been a member of the Ohio State Council of SHRM holding the positions of the Ohio Certification Chair and the District Director. I was also a member and past president of the Toledo HR Association. I am a member of the New York Human Resource Association now. My background also includes being a trustee for Visiting Nurse Hospice and an adjunct instructor for Lourdes College.

In my 21 years of experience in the Human Resources field, I have held the following positions in various industries including Health Care, Food Manufacturing and Technology: Director of Personnel; Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager. I currently work as a Senior Human Resources Specialist for Insperity in New York City, New York where I provide Human Resources services to my small to mid-sized business clients to help them increase employee productivity and reduce employer liabilities.

In my free time I enjoy riding my bike around New York. Being a music fan and living in New York, I like attending live music performances. I also love to spend time with my family.
