Biography: Chris Wright

Dr. Wright is the founder, President and CEO of Reliant (www.reliantlive.com). Dr. Wright led the development of Reliant's Strategic Talent Management products and content He has also consulted with many Fortune 1000 companies, privately held companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations and academic institutions. Dr. Wright's work with these organizations has varied from working with key executives to align human capital and business strategies to organizational survey research and the design and implementation of assessment and selection, performance management and learning management processes and applications.

Dr. Wright received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa. He has been a frequent presenter, speaker and panelist at conferences such as the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Academy of Management, and Society for Human Resource Management. He has published articles in the Journal of Business and Psychology and the Journal of Applied Psychology. Dr. Wright has served an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Tulsa.
