Christine is a corporate compensation analyst for Administaff. With over 12 years experience as a global compensation professional, her areas of expertise includes HR/Compensation/HRIS. At Administaff, Christine is responsible for the administration, analysis and development of compensation programs and special advanced compensation project work including: job evaluation; work design; program and policy development; salary adjustment projects; and analysis and data preparation to support compensation initiatives.
She earned bachelor degrees in Human Resources Administration and in Psychology from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania. Christine earned an MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia. Christine is also a certified compensation professional (CCP) and a global renumeration professional (GRP).
As a certified professional, her background spans the U.S., Europe and Far East. She has gained extensive experience in the areas of base pay, performance, incentive, pay administration and global compensation management throughout many industrial markets.
