Use Training to Remodel Your Business
Biography: Ellie McIntyre

My background includes 25 years of broad-based Human Resources experience in talent management, training, facilitation, operations, administration and client relations, a majority of which was in the power generation industry. I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and have an education in Business and Management from Tarrant County College. I am a Certified Level III Consultant in Change Management with an emphasis on strategic change and culture from Organization Development Resources, Inc.; a Certified Instructor Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and have training from the American Compensation Association in Total Compensation Management and Regulatory Environments for Compensation Programs.

I currently work as a Performance Specialist for Administaff, Inc. in Dallas, Texas where I consult with clients to assist in strategic guidance; provide training curriculum through facilitated discussions with clients; deliver instructor-led classes and provide one-on-one coaching for management development.

When I have some free time, I enjoy the outdoors, whether I am traveling in our RV or hiking. I also like to remodel homes because I appreciate the creativity of taking something old and worn-out and sprucing it up. Mostly, though, I love to spend time with my family, especially my 8 grandchildren!
