As a software product manager since 1999, I am an information technology professional with over 20 years of experience. In addition to possessing HR management skills, I have expertise in these other multidisciplinary areas: strategic analysis of emerging markets, human-resource software product management and client-server technology account management.
My career started in the San Francisco Bay area where I implemented human resource client-server installations for businesses such as the retail chain of I. Magnin and the national research facility, Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory.
Leveraging early successes by providing guidance and management of client-server installations, I was an account manager for Peoplesoft, which is one of the first client-server-supported, human resource software systems available in the market. As an account manager, I supported Peoplesoft customers such as Charles Schwab, Hambrecht and Quest and Bank of America.
I directly managed or played an active role in the development of several human resource software products designed to provide support to the success of small business through point-solution software.
Now, what has become a lifelong passion, I continue to seek and develop new ways for technology to improve business processes and promote the success of business professionals. Currently serving as a product manager for HRTools, an Administaff-owned company, I live in Sonoma County, California.
