I have Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Political Science from Southern Illinois University

and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Purdue University. I am a Certified

Performance Technologist (CPT) and a Certified Facilitator in DDI Learning Systems, with over 24 years

of experience in training and development, including such areas as performance analysis, strategic

planning facilitation, process improvement, management development, team skills, training facilitation

and customer service. Client industries in which I have worked include health care, transportation,

consumer products manufacturing, service industries and education.

I currently work as a Performance Specialist for Administaff, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri where I provide

training and development services for my small to mid-sized business clients in various industries,

including consulting with clients regarding their performance improvement/training needs and developing

or recommending appropriate training/performance solutions to meet those needs.

In my free time I enjoy cooking with my husband and spending time with our 16-year-old daughter. I also

like to read popular fiction.
