HR is Strategic by Design
Biography: Judy Nunnenkamp

In addition to managing a family owned manufacturing business and supporting the pastoral staff for a large North Dallas church, my diverse professional background also includes owning my own small tearoom and catering business for almost four years. Each of these business opportunities has provided invaluable experience and life lessons that have served me well as a Senior Human Resources professional, where I have been “called” to serve for the past 18 years. My positions as the Director of HR for an equipment sales and service multi-site company, and as the HR Manager for a small entrepreneurial IT company that grew into a publicly traded corporation, along with my serving as a corporate recruiter for a former Administaff client have all afforded me a unique perspective and a rare insight into building relevant and meaningful relationships with my clients at Administaff.

In maintaining my certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and in an effort to continually build on my education at Howard Payne College and the University of North Texas, as well as my HR knowledge base gained through extensive experience, I regularly take advantage of  accredited educational courses and seminars in addition to attending the regional HR Southwest conference where I have served on various conference committees in addition to serving as Secretary for the Board of Directors in 2001. I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Dallas HR Management Association.

I currently work for Administaff, Inc. in Dallas, TX as a Senior Human Resources Specialist for the Mid-Market Service Team where I provide ongoing relationship building and human resources support for my client companies by engaging company management in all areas of HR, including employee relations, HR infrastructure, liability management training and staff development. I have served as a member of the corporate PTO mapping project at Administaff and I am currently serving as a member of the Conflict Resolution committee of the Culture Council for the Central Region.

When I have a free moment, I enjoy spending time with family, music and interior design.
