Use HR to Knit Together a Great Team of Talent
Biography: Karen Codere

I have my Bachelor of Arts from Barat College and my Master of Business Administration from Loyola University. I am also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). My background includes 15 years of sales, training, marketing and operations management experience before my entrance into the Human Resources field. I have 18 years of Human Resources experience, including training, recruiting, employee relations, customer service development and management, and all the operations experience that comes along with being a Human Resources Manager for two companies in the insurance and medical industries. I have also written and had published several articles in the Human Resources field.

I currently work as a Senior Human Resources Specialist for Administaff, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois where I establish a partnership with my clients to provide a full scope of Human Capital consultations and assistance with all aspects of Human Resources/Employee Relations issues through recommendations of approaches that will lead to the delivery of optimal service results, including increasing employee productivity and decreasing employer liabilities.

When I have a free moment, I enjoy golfing; hanging out with my favorite group of friends (which usually involves knitting); gardening, going to the movies and the theater and spending time with my family.
