Biography: Laura Meisel

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Speech Pathology from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior & Management from the University of Houston. I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and am a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). I am also affiliated with the Dallas Human Resources Management Association. I am the Co-Director for the Board of the HR Southwest Regional Conference and am a recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award at the HRSW Conference.

I have 20+ years of experience as a Human Resources Professional providing consultation and guidance in the areas of employee relations management, employment law, conflict resolution, recruiting, training, and compensation to a variety of industries. I currently work as a Senior Human Resource Specialist for Administaff, Inc. in Dallas, TX where I provide Human Resources services to my small to mid-sized business clients to help them improve employee productivity and reduce employer liabilities. I love building relationships with my clients, not just delivering services.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, shopping, going to the movies and reading mystery novels. I also love spending time with my family and friends.
