HR is a Family Affair
Biography: Nancy Nottingham

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management from Our Lady of the Lake University. I have my certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and am a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as HR Houston. Most of my more than eight (8) years of experience in the Human Resources field have been for a large Houston-based company in the technology industry.

I currently work as a Human Resource Specialist for Administaff, Inc. in Houston, Texas where I provide my small to mid-sized business clients with human resources services to help increase employee productivity while reducing employer liabilities.

In my free time I enjoy reading, especially historical fiction and non-fiction, as well as watching movies (I pride myself in knowing lots of useless movie trivia!). I love to spend time with my family, especially my daughter who works as a recruiter, my sister who lives in Houston and, of course, my cocker spaniel, Rascal!
