Biography: Vicky Ribon

I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management from Montclair State University, a Master of Science in Strategic HR Management from Seton Hall University and am completing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. I have also completed the EEO Studies Certificate Program from Cornell University. I am a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)-Garden State Council, where I have been a North Jersey/Rockland Chapter member; the New Jersey SHRM Conference Programs Chairwoman; the New Jersey SHRM annual Conference Chairwoman; the New Jersey SHRM State Council Treasurer and am currently a Morris County Chapter member.

In my 21 years of experience in the Human Resources field I have held the following positions: Human Resources and Benefits Manager; Director, Human Resources and Senior Human Resource Specialist-Mid-Market Operations. I currently work for Administaff, Inc. in Florham Park, NJ as a Team Manager, Mid-Market Operations where I proactively lead a service team of five (5) professionals to cohesively analyze, recommend and implement Human Resources strategies for our Mid-Market clients.

When I have a free moment, I love to spend time with my family, especially my two daughters Olivia and Brianna (ages five and three-and-a-half). I enjoy staying healthy and am a part-time fitness instructor, certified in both Kickboxing and Zumba. I also love to read, especially anything that has to do with Human Resource Management, Individual and Organizational Leadership and Fitness Health.
