EEO-5 Report (elementary and secondary school)

Who must file an EEO-5 Report? The EEO-5 Report must be filed by elementary and secondary school systems that have 100 or more employees. Those with 15 or more employees must report upon request.

When is the EEO-5 Report filed? November 30 of even-numbered years.

What regulation establishes the reporting requirement? The EEO-5 Report is required under 29 CFR 1602.41(a).
