Questions to Measure the Effectiveness of Sexual Harassment Training
What follows are some sample questions that may be used to measure employees' factual knowledge of sexual harassment. These questions assess employees' ability to distinguish between those situations that are clearly sexual harassment, those that clearly are not and borderline situations that may or may not constitute sexual harassment.
The questions also ask employees if they are aware of any of these situations within the organization. By having employees answer these questions, management can assess the level of compliance with the harassment policy. Also, these answers may help pinpoint specific conduct that may require corrective action. The situations can be modified to fit an organization's workplace and to elicit different information.
