Sample Access to Property Policy

It is our organization's policy to do whatever is necessary to safeguard everyone and everything associated with the facility. You should report any suspicious person or circumstance to your supervisor or to Administration. The facility cannot be responsible for loss or damage to the personal property or valuables of employees or others using the facility premises by employees or others. Employees caught stealing will be immediately suspended/dismissed and turned over to law enforcement authorities.

Access to property. Access to our property is limited to those with a legitimate business interest. All employees and employee vehicles must display our identification sticker. All visitors and visitor vehicles must register and display our identification sticker while on our property.
