Sample ID Badges Policy

  • All employees are issued a picture identification badge by the Security Department upon being hired.
  • All employees must wear their badges while on duty. Identification badges must also be worn in order to participate in employee discounts, benefits or activities.
  • The badges must be worn on an outer garment, picture side out, and right side up. Employees will be charged a replacement fee of ten dollars ($10.00) if the badge is lost. Badges that have deteriorated due to wear will be replaced free of charge.
  • Employees have the right to question all persons not displaying proper identification, and report their presence to security staff immediately. Employees are encouraged to proactively support these rules.
  • Employees must return their identification badges to the Human Resources Department upon termination of employment, before the final paycheck will be issued.
