VETS-100 Report

Who must file a VETS-100 Report? The VETS-100 Report must be filed by all nonexempt federal contractors and subcontractors with contracts or subcontracts for the furnishing of supplies and services to the government, or who have the use of real or personal property belonging to the government, whose total yearly amount equals $25,000 or more.

When is the VETS-100 Report filed? September 30 of each year (extended to October 31 for the 2003 report).

What regulation establishes the reporting requirement? The VETS-100 Report is required under 41 CFR 61-250.10.
