Are Employee Attitude Surveys Helpful in Retaining Employees? 

The best way to find out what employees want is to ask them. Employee surveys are a useful way of obtaining this information. An effective employee survey needs to elicit answers to the following two questions:

1. Are employees getting what they want out of the employment relationship?

2. Is there some gripe about working conditions or supervisors that can be corrected by management?
